學校地理位置：
北斗鎮位於彰化縣東南隅，東鄰田中鎮、西接埤頭鄉、南毗溪州鄉、北連田尾鄉，為北斗區之經濟與文教中心。全鎮分為15里，面積共19.2547平方公里，地勢平坦，土質肥沃，米糧生產豐足。年均溫為攝氏廿四度，風和日麗，得天獨厚，誠乃「天時、地利、人和」兼備。
根據歷史記載，北斗開發甚早，古稱寶斗，屬東螺，為濁水溪上支流河港，直通大陸對岸，舟帆密佈，貿易興盛，曾一度十分繁榮，因此贏得「一府二鹿三艋舺四寶斗」的盛譽。特產方面，較著名者為酥糖、囗酥、肉乾等等，尤其「北斗肉圓」更是享譽寶島，名勝古蹟有斗苑路的林宅，奠安宮媽祖廟及彰化縣農會花卉中心等等。
本校位於北斗鎮之北郊，省道台一線東邊，對面為異人館（Ez-kon coffee shop）是台灣汽車客運公司北斗站舊址，交通便利，北界神杜路與北斗家商為鄰，東隔青商花廊與北斗國小為鄰，是文教區的中心，
校地面積共58,112平方公尺，校園內樹木林立，綠草如茵、環境清幽，是學子進德修業的理想學府。
Location:
Our school is located near the central
part of Beidou township with convenient traffic flow. The campus of Beidou Junior
High School covers an area of 58,112 square meters. It's medium-sized in comparision
to other junior high schools in Changhua. In our western side is Chung Shan Road,
which is the main highway leading south and north. In our eastern side is Beidou
Elementary School. In our northern side is National Beidou Senior Home Economic
& Commercial Vocational High School. As to the southern side, on the opposite
of Wen Yuan Rode is an Ez-kon coffee shop on the site of an old bus stop. |
